Beth Olsen Garcia has spent her entire 20+ year career in communications as an integrated marketer for businesses and brands in a variety of industries including media, publishing, home, design, retail, technology and footwear. She has a stellar reputation as an innovative strategist and a track record of helping businesses transform and evolve their brand, enhance their reputation and make an impact on culture. She is a solutions-oriented leader who successfully works across departments, business units and the C-Suite to deliver influential programs that amplify brands. She is recognized as a highly effective change agent with exceptional crisis communication skills. 

She is known by friends, colleagues and clients for her direct and approachable style, serving as a mentor for many and generating engagement and loyalty. As a strategic partner with an unwavering commitment to her craft, her leadership has produced stellar results and several highly successful campaigns across industries.

At Carmichael Lynch Relate, Beth led the firm’s long-standing home and design practice group and media relations team. In her time at the agency, Beth significantly contributed to financial success to the tune of 23% growth, gaining new clients and overseeing strong teams that maintained client satisfaction with brands such as Sunbrella, Marvin, Art.com, Sherwin-Williams, Formica and Big Lots. She led staff impeccably through remote-work shifts during the pandemic and has continued to focus on DE&I, championing evolved influencer programs. She is a role model within women’s networking groups all while balancing three children of her own.

Prior to joining Carmichael Lynch Relate, Beth was vice president at M&C Saatchi, vice president at Goodman Media International and associate director of public relations at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Beth is the VP Communications for the National Charity League North Austin and an active member of her local PTA. When she is not working you will find her doing Pilates, running, at the theater or traveling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Iowa and lives in Austin, TX with her husband and three girls.
